Wesentliche neue Unterauftragsverarbeiter werden nach Maßgabe des AVV angekündigt. Die bloße Nutzung von GitHub, Jira oder Linear durch einen Kunden kann zusätzlich eine direkte Vertragsbeziehung zwischen dem Kunden und dem jeweiligen Anbieter begründen.
